Restaurant

• No age restrictions for restaurant access
• Smart casual dress code required
• Right to refuse service reserved

Casino

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Valid government-issued ID required
• Smart elegant dress code enforced
• Compliance with responsible gaming policies required

Reservations and Cancellations

Restaurant Reservations

• Credit card required for groups of 6 or more
• 24-hour cancellation notice required
• Late cancellation fee may apply
• 15-minute grace period for late arrivals

Private Events

• Deposit required to secure booking
• Cancellation terms specified in event contract
• Final guest count required 72 hours prior

Payment Terms

• All prices in EUR
• Major credit cards accepted
• 12% service charge added to restaurant bills
• Casino chips purchased at cashier only
• No credit facilities in casino

Code of Conduct

We maintain high standards of behavior to ensure all guests' comfort and safety. The following are prohibited:

• Disruptive or aggressive behavior
• Inappropriate language or gestures
• Photography without permission
• Outside food or beverages
• Weapons of any kind
